Larry Rose, Sr. is a broker and principal with Stewart-Rose Properties, and general manager for Stewart-Rose Investments.  Prior to SRP, he was President of International Marketing and Sales, a brokerage and consulting firm with projects worldwide.  He began his real estate career in 1979 with Nash Phillips-Copus in Austin, TX, and spent over 15 years in management with Fortune 500 companies prior to founding SRP in 1990.  SRP is a part of a four generation family business that began in 1983.

 

Larry’s credentials include: licensed Texas real estate broker; University of Southern Mississippi, BS, 1976; designated Registered Commercial Property Advisor, 2005; licensed Texas Property Tax Consultant, 2009; and an authorized Educational Provider and Instructor for the Texas Real Estate Commission, 2003.

 

His experience includes sales, leasing and management of both commercial and residential properties.  He is highly skilled and qualified for commercial and investment property transactions, business brokerage, and IRC 1031 Exchanges.  Larry’s clients range from individuals to multi-national corporations, with a current emphasis on commercial land and investments in the DFW area.

 

Integrity and commitment are evidenced by his personal, family, religious, and civic life.  He and his wife, Janet, have been happily married for over 50 years.  Larry and his family live on a ranch where four generations have resided. He is active with the Boy Scouts and served on the board of March of Remembrance, as a church elder, and on the board of several non-profits.
